Why take our walking tour?
Our Atlanta walking tour is an in-depth experience. Don’t worry, we won’t dress you in turn of the century clothing, but we will help you experience what it would have been like to walk a mile (or two) in the shoes of those who spent their lives here. You will have time to take photos, breathe in the smells of the season, and imagine life as it was yesterday, as you experience it today. We have spent our time exhuming the stories of our neighborhoods, and our “sole" purpose is to share them with you - and to make bad puns.
What to bring:
The walks are 2 to 2.5 miles so comfortable walking shoes are a must.
Clothing that suits the season and a hat and sunglasses are always nice.
We might find stopping points to buy a drink or ice cream, so a little cash or a card would be useful.
Save some memories. Be sure to bring a camera and an explorer’s heart.
We want to accommodate all who would like to take an Atlanta walking tour. If you have a group larger than 12, young children, pets, or special needs, please contact us via phone or email so we can discuss tour options.
